Just made this for fun really quick. The icons were all pulled from Google Images because lazy, but if someone wants to use these I can probably make some icons.
Thoughts?

I like the idea of having symbols that represent RBXDev, but I think it should be more streamlined. Either way I don’t like the current one.
Here’s a couple I drew up real quick that look more streamlined IMO. Designed for dark background because dark is cool, but it works for a light background too.
I feel as if the red should be darker.
Awesome design, man. I see what you mean; I felt like it gave it that goofy Roblox feel while still keeping this weird thing I’ve got going on for sleek minimalism. I updated it with the contrasting colors like yours because I really like how that’s laid out if you don’t mind. 
I like it. The stroke color on the “R” matching the circle color looks a bit strange though. Other than that, I like the direction you’re going.
The new format looks a lot better IMO. I think the font could be better though. What I used is DINPro, it strikes a nice balance between solid form and readability. Also I agree with crazyman, something is a bit off about a relatively small, stylized R inside a deep red circle. It just feels too “thick”, if that makes any sense.
Other than that it looks really good. I like the icons and the layout a lot, the minimalism of the whole design is definitely its strong point and it does it really well.
I tried a couple of different things. I want to keep it minimalistic:
I like those better, the R not reaching out of its shape really compliments the minimalist style. I think it would be cool to combine the square R and the square icons.

The dark one is x10 better and easy on the eyes 
…maybe put a FAINT black outline around the “R”? It seems to be swallowed up in the red circle/square.
The top one looks perfect imo!
Agreed.
I really love the minimalist style, only thing that bothers me slightly is the icons with the different types of developers, I feel like its out of place, and could be put somewhere better.
