We are a growing ROBLOX Developer Group. We help Scripters, Builders, Off-site, Etc… Developers on ROBLOX.

Rule’s & Guideline’s

- No racist remarks in any part of our community.
Type’s of racist remarks: No one likes your color here.
- No fighting or starting drama.
Type’s of fighting or starting drama: When you argue over little things and when you start spreading lies about someone.
- No swearing or name calling ALLOWED at all!
Type’s of swearing and name calling: You are a butt face get out of my face.
- No harassing anyone in our community.
Type’s of harassment: Picking on someone and don’t stop following someone when asked to stop.
- No sharing personal locations & information (THIS IS NOT ALLOWED AT ALL!)

How do we get to work at RCD?
Here we will explain how you can work at Roblox Community Developer. You must apply in our Discord which you can find under our group social links. There are a few requirements for you to be able to work for us. We do not pay our staff due to it is somewhat a volunteer job only FULL TIME Workers will be paid. For you to be a FULL TIME Worker you must meet the requirements and be at a certain job position for you to be a FULL TIME Worker.
Volunteer Requirements
- Must be a Roblox Community Member for 1 month.
- You must be 13+ of age. (For Safety Reasons.)
- You must be an active member.
- You must follow all Roblox Terms of Service.
- You must not be a well known scammer.
- You must use proper grammar.
- You must know how to be a experience in this job position.
- No causing drama or fights.
FULL TIME Worker Requirements
- Must be a Roblox Community Member for 3 months.
- You must be 13+ of age. ( For Safety Reasons.)
- You must follow all Roblox Terms of Service.
- You must not be a well known scammer.
- You must use grammar in RCD at all times.
- You must be a helpful staff member.
- You must have experience in this job position.
- You must be an active member.
- You must follow all RCD Guideline’s.
- No causing drama or fights.
- You must act your age. (Being immature may cause a fire from our team.)

How to become a Developer in RCD
Requirements:
- You must not have all free models. (You can have a few.)
- You must follow all Roblox Terms of Service.
- You must know how to develop.
- You must respect others who are new and not pick on them.
- You mus not have any uncopylocked games.
- You must have the game under your profile or a group you own. (If you helped with a game you must have credit in description if so.)
- You must not be a well known scammer in order to be a developer.
How can I apply for Developer?
You must apply in our Discord Server so you can follow our format and system. You also must be in our group to apply. RCD Group
