I’d guess yes but they probably don’t want to put out applications until they figure out where the EU event will be located.

Submitted. I want to give a talk on using procedural generation outside the context of terrain. Basically: how to manipulate heightmaps to do more than generate terrain. For instance, generating trees in realistic patterns that you would see in nature.
