This is an application for the Design Staff status and responsibility in the rDesigner community.
This status shows to our community that you are a trusted staff member, moderator, and are knowledgeable about design.
In this role, you will have the responsibility of:
- Assessing and fairly punishing users breaking the rules
- Maintaining the community in a good state
- Accepting applicants for the status of Notable Designer
- Being active (or available to be) for all of the above
- Not taking bribes
- Not using your status to further your own agenda
Requirements to attain this role:
- You must have been designing for at least a year
- You must be mature
- You must be willing to be active
- You must have gained our trust
- You must be able to resolve a basic conflict
- You must be able to fairly punish someone for breaking a rule (or rules)
There are two stages of the acceptance process:
- You will fill out and send your application to staff member. If it is then accepted, you will progress to the second stage.
- You will be put into a trial role for at least a month. After that month is over, and if we have deemed you fit to be a staff member, you will be accepted into our staff fully.
