I re-activated this account on my mobile device, I am still allowed to view and play games. However i cannot access my settings nor view the homepage, i already tried accessing with different devices but it does not seem to work. I have no idea what is going on?
Another issues is that sometimes the roblox app just tells me there is something wrong with the roblox servers.
I recieved an email already informing me of the re-activated account.
For some reason, this issue fixed itself, and i can access settings, i dont know what caused the error, however when i sent a email attempting to login into the device that originally tried to log in first before the issue it for some reason fixed it??? i dont know whats going on.
Roblox just needs time to reactivate your account and allow you to access the website again. Next time this happens, wait a few minutes before filing a bug report.
Yeah, my brother tried to log into this account from another device. It never gave me the email of the account re-activation which was strange. Just sent me a email of the login code?
Then, after trying to login with the original device. The problem just fixed itself.
