I’m facing a glitch with the Roblox player where it thinks my account is deactivated even though I haven’t deactivated it nor have I been banned recently. This glitch has happened before to other people back in 2024 and has resurfaced without any attention.
I use the Roblox web page to view my account and didn’t notice the deactivation glitch until just today. I was playing games just fine 2 days ago mind you.
To go more in depth, when I try to play a game from the website, it gives me the error code 403. This error code is typically given out due to server-sided errors or IP bans.
The next thing I tried checking was the Roblox player, this is where I recognized the bug. The Roblox player tells me that my account has be deactivated and that I have 2 options. Log Out or Reactivate. Of course I tried clicking on them but neither of the buttons worked, and here we are.
I can still access studio and other parts of Roblox, just not the game part of it.
