Simple question, is creating a game that has a storyline including mentioning the address of the house you play in against tos? I’ve tried making up a bunch of random addresses but the only ones that sound realistic actually exist in the world after looking them up to check. I’m aware linking an address to a specific person is against the rules as you are leaking their personal information, but couldn’t this mean someone could report the game and claim that they live at the address mentioned in-game even if I did not intend to put specifically their address in my game. The house model and the house of the address IRL will not be similar at all, nor will the surroundings be if that helps me at all.
well you can use irl addresses but just change them a bit you know? also i recommend you just use fake ones its ok to sacrifice realism to not getting the ban hammer.

Thanks, this gave me the idea of just increasing the number past the highest house number so I can ensure the address doesn’t exist

There’s a roblox account whose username is literally my address and Roblox hasn’t terminated it after 5 years and over 100 reports so as far as I’m concerned they don’t care and you can do whatever, they have no right to ban you (even though they will anyway)

Thanks for your input! Definitely gives me a better perspective on this, although Roblox can ban you for whatever they want as stated in ToS
