Wow, it looks great! I don’t have a lot to say other than keep up the great work.
I wouldn’t call it realistic since the graphics are far from it. No offense, but I’ve seen a lot more realistic builds on Roblox. But I do like the idea of the building. But the building could use some small improvements.
Realistic, as in the style of building, not the graphics, there’s a clear line.

But then the word “Realistic” is not needed since you mentioned that the building is in European Style. You can’t really say one style is Realistic or Unrealistic. That’s like saying Realistic Low-Poly, or Unrealistic Low-Poly. Makes no sense, right?
What I am saying is that it’s Realistic in terms of Architecture, this is how it was built. I’m not comparing it to be something that is pleasing to eyes in graphical terms. People might try to make the same building, but not everyone will do it in the architecture it was built in.
