Notice; This is a showcase and things can be removed, replaced and made better.

Apart from the sunrays and glass, everything needs improvement.
- Spotlights are very basic, add detail
- What is that fabric box next to the bed
- Windows need top frame
- Use SurfaceAppearance instead of standard textures
- Lots of models look blocky, try using smaller parts
- The ledge in the kitchen is difficult to unsee, get rid of it somehow

It’s really well built! All the things you have built have been built with perfection! It seems like a new home though since it is very spacious and not much furniture has been placed. If this is what you were intending to go for, it is a great house. If not, add more items to fill up the space and make the home feel warm and cozy, like a home!
Spotlights are bright so you cannot really see it,
The “Fabric” box next to the bed is a cat tower (what cats play on)
I forgot to add the top frame.

They looked a lot like free models, ik this because my sister tried making a realistic beach house but gave up and used that free model.
Also, I forgot the most important feedback, use Future lighting! Then turn Environment Specular scale and Environment Diffuse Scale up to 1.
Learn it. You will never gain skill if you don’t learn new stuff.

Try use pbr on walls. 7/10 And share some night photos.

The texturing is nice but you might want to look into using surface appearance rather than normal texters. I would also suggest maybe working on the architecture, seems a little to blocky in the room design.

You can maybe add more details like a couch or hanging plants or anything else really but great job so far!
