Realistic Lighting City Build

  1. What do you want to achieve? I want a lighting that looks really realistic to real life. What I currently have is this:


  2. What is the issue? Can’t seem to find good settings.

  3. What solutions have you thought of so far?
    Browsing but the only setting I saw was good, the creator didn’t post what it was.

It’s lacking in detail, all the surfaces look quite “flat”. You need to use PBR with custom materials and/or SurfaceAppearances to make them look more “3D”.

It’s also very barren, you need to add a lot of small details like rubbish bins or spots where the ground is little more dirty etc. This is usually the most time-consuming part of any “I need it to look realistic” project, so usually it’s done last after the whole layout of the map and structures have been created.

Well the map is really big, so much detail we can’t add. But what you say, rubbish etc could be something. Do you have maybe some default models?
