I was going for more of a metallic gem look, but I appreciate the feedback!
This looks great, you can make use metal or glass for a gem since it looks more gem-like
I was thinking about using roblox’s materials, but I used custom ones in Substance Painter. Else I would have to export the meshes separately which is kind of a hassle, but I think it would look good with the roblox materials too, thanks for your feedback!
It looks awesome! I love the texturing work, and the general frame is there.
One thing I would change personally is that the proportions are a bit off. The spear head doesn’t seem sharp/narrow enough (or at least enough to scream that it’s a spear), and the handle seems pretty fat for a spear. But this is just my personal opinion, it looks good nonetheless!
If you modeled this in blender, a feature I’d suggest is auto-smooth, it works WONDERS
I think you’re right, the proportions are a bit big ahaha, I will keep it more in mind when I’ll be modeling my next piece
And yeah I used auto-smoothing but I put some Sharps along some lines to have a more defined edge. Just to not have an exaggerated amount of faces.
