I have no idea how to replicate this issue or how it even begun although I know I am not the only person this is happening to. I received a message on the 28th of January regarding “Credit applied for purchase made on 10/08/2023 for items that are no longer available.”
This message was then received again on the 29th, 30th and 31st. I assumed after this that the message had stopped and the bug was fixed until I received another today the 3rd of February.
All of these messages have the same REFID and the same Robux Amount so I am certain it’s unrelated to multiple items being deleted. I’d also like to note that I did not receive the Robux from every message. It seems to have only refunded me with the first message.
Browser and System Information aren’t needed as this is happening on my account itself and is not dependent on the device.
