Hi, I occasionally host events/game-nights in my Roblox Games, they can average anywhere from 100-400 players in one server, but as of recently, they have been getting large FPS drops, for all players.
This has never been an issue in the past, nor has the game been updated, which leads me to believe some sort of internal update has caused this. This seems to happen once a lot of players are in the server, and server is “active” for a while, maybe 20+ minutes? I don’t use any FPS modifiers, but I was playing yesterday and the FPS dropped from 60 to 30-40 overtime, while spiking even lower.
However, if I rejoin the game, my FPS goes back to normal, and stays at consistent 60 (for a while) even in the same server, I do not use StreamingEnabled, as the game is pretty small and have never had issues with FPS in the past. Any solutions on how to find the cause/or a fix?
