But recently, a lot of items had their thumbnail straight up being a content deleted asset.
I’ve just uploaded an item and it has unfortunately been hit with this bug.
It seems the item itself is perfectly fine but the thumbnail is the main issue.
Internal team please look into it.
As seen in these pictures, I’m not the only one being affected. The recent published items are all experiencing this issue.
this just happened to me, i was gonna try roblox support but they literally are not gonna help me ngl, hopefully this gets fixed soon its super annoying!!!

We believe to have identified and addressed a regression in the speed of updating a thumbnail after the UGC item has been approved by moderation.
There are some rare cases where this can still happen, but they should update eventually. We are following up on these cases urgently to also have speedy update times.
