Recieving error 279 when trying to play game normally

  1. What do you want to achieve? Keep it simple and clear!
I’m only trying to join my game to test out some massive updates I’ve made to it, which in my opinion was pretty cool.

  2. What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!
I can’t join it due to some weird incident where now it’s just … giving me the error 279 or the shutdown error. It even does a grey screen (with my gui on top, but I’ve never made that before)

  1. What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Creator Hub?
I’ve tried joining from the browser, re-installing my roblox, and even searching how to fix this. NONE OF IT HAS HELPED!!
I’ve even tried replugging my internet, and THAT didn’t work!

This is worrying me very much, and I don’t want my game to be broken forever, I’ve worked so dang hard on it!

Have you looked at your developer console? I found your game on your profile; it appears to be an in-game issue (based on the limited resources available to me), rather than related to your Roblox Player or the internet.

If I may ask…

Can you give me a brief example of what you mean by the Developer Console?

Have you tried pressing F9 to open it?

You can open the Developer Console though Roblox Studio or while in-game.

I’ve done F9 to open it while in game, It works.
And, I’ve tried using F9 in studio and it doesn’t work.

…do you have any other “solutions” that might help me?

The link in my previous comment directs you to the Roblox Creator Hub’s “Output window.” This is for Roblox Studio if you choose not to view the console in-game.

:pencil: Edit: Once you open the output, playtest the game and screenshot your output window.

Only 2 errors.
I found this, but I doubt these are what’s causing the issue here…

Based on the scroll bar, it seems there are more potential errors. Can you make your output window bigger and playtest again?

I’ve checked the errors, all I found was the 3 I showed you, all the rest were:

Try running the Developer Console in-game, not studio, and see if it shows the same errors.

Uh. I got this-

I have the same problem but instead it applies on the whole platform, happens only with french & netherland servers, a lot of people i know have this issue too
