One quick look at this photo and you can see what’s wrong. The farther down i go, the more mixed the icons get. (e.g Robot 3DS and Doodle Pets are mixed up)

Probably a bug that has to do with experience icons going down. Bug report already filed:

Experience Icons are failing to load

Following up with the title, experience icons and thumbnails are taking a extremely long time to load or will completely fail to load and fall back to one of the default place icons.
