When going to this link and the asset being a development item like decal, mesh, model, image etc it no longer redirects and just says 404. Same with https://www.roblox.com/asset/?id=assetid only shows 404 error

It should redirect to https://create.roblox.com/store/asset/assetid/Name, example of a development item link: https://www.roblox.com/catalog/42070872/RealEpicFace (image)

We stopped supporting redirects from /catalog to creator store for development assets recently as part of a migration clean up. The creator store has been released for a couple of years now and given the low frequency of these redirects, we decided it was okay to stop supporting it. May I know where you got this link from? Is it generated somewhere on Roblox site?
Not really on the site but when scrolling through old devforum posts you can see these links visible a lot. And when i wanted to find an asset with assetid i would just put it in the catalog/assetid link and instantly find it instead of if it says 404 i would have to check it on the creator store.

Hi supers, I am sorry to say that we won’t be responsible for fixing links to assets generated and posted in the past. We have hunted down and corrected links generated on Roblox controlled sites that redirect to games or the creator store. If we missed something out, please notify us and we will fix it immediately. Since these are links that we don’t generate dynamically, I am afraid there is no easy way to fix them. You would have to be aware of what type of assets these are and navigate to the correct url yourself. Apologies for the inconvenience.
