Hi, everyone!
With the release of Redshift Arena: RELOADED’s beta that’ll be coming in the next couple of weeks, I thought I would go ahead and inform everyone on what exactly is in store for the game, while also getting feedback on the game.
There’s currently 7 gamemodes, which includes:
Gamemodes
Team Deathmatch - Two teams battle it out for map and item control. Whoever gets the most kills wins the match. Score limit of 75.
Capture the Flag - Two teams compete to see who can score the most flag captures. Whoever gets the most captures wins. Score limit of 5.
Infection - Survivors must stay alive while the Infected attempt to convert everyone into zombies. Survivors win if they make it until the end of the round. Infected win if there are no survivors left.
Free For All - No teams. 16 players compete to see who can get the most kills. Whoever reaches 40 kills first wins.
King of the Hill - Two teams compete over a single hill on the map. Whoever reaches the score limit first wins.
Roaming King - A variant of King of the Hill - the Hill changes position on the map every 60 seconds.
Overdose - A variant of Free For All, players must bring a radioactive ball to the goal specified on the map. After a while of holding the ball, the player will have an “Overdose” - where three of the most powerful pickups become active all at once - Double Damage, Invisibility, and a Megahealth. However, after this, they become extremely vulnerable and must score in order to regain full damage resistance and movement speed.
Gun Game
Another variant of Free For All! In this gamemode, players level up with each kill, getting a new weapon each time. In order to win, a player must reach the Energy Sword and get a kill with it!
And there are a total of 12 maps! They include:
