Reduce Cooldown between Ad Impressions

Currently there is a 5 minute timer between when a ad is refreshed on an immersive billboard. This timer is too long, unfairly disadvantages publishers and harms engagement.

Publishers are only paid for a single impression during the 5 minutes that a player is able to see the ad, meaning we’re only being paid for 10 seconds max out of the possible 5 minutes that we are showing this ad. This harms our ability to get significant impressions.

I would suggest the one of the following;

  • Reduce the timer to something more fair (30 seconds or so)
  • Once an impression has been recorded, make the ad refresh or disappear 10-20 seconds later

It makes no sense that we are being paid so little for showing an ad for over 5 minutes. Just because there is inadequate demand for ads, doesn’t mean us as publishers should be scammed for unpaid advertising time.

I agree, the payouts are way too low compared to their actual value.
