The dashboard data for games is usually about 1-2 days delayed. Reducing the delay as much as possible would be majorly helpful to developers, particularly when testing updates or changes to their game icons/thumbnails.
For instance, the acquisition data (e.g. qualified play-through rate) is an important metric in assessing the effectiveness of a particular thumbnail, and also contributes towards the algorithm’s liking towards our game. Having data that is approximately 2 days late, and then requiring 2-3 more days for a fair sample size, makes it difficult to identify early on if a new thumbnail is performing poorly. This can have detrimental effects on a game as the few days of poor performance can impact its standing with the algorithm,
The Monetisation → Overview page also doesn’t seem to show data as recent as it could. For example, the Overview page will update its graph (e.g daily revenue, payer conversion) several hours after the data for revenue is already shown on the Monetisation → Passes and Monetisation → Developer Products. Seeing as these 2 sub-pages are able to show the revenue data, it would seem fitting for the Overview page to update as well given it’s essentially the same data.
