Reflectance not working for some SpecialMesh types

Reproduction Steps

1. Insert a part with a SpecialMesh inside of it
2. Change the MeshType to ‘Head’ or ‘FileMesh’ with any MeshId
3. Set the part reflectance to 1

Expected Behavior

Reflectance should be working with all MeshTypes

Actual Behavior

The reflectance is not showing when MeshType is set to ‘Head’ or ‘FileMesh’
