I am a creator and have made a dress for avatars, which I listed on the marketplace. However, I mistakenly uploaded an item with a broken shape during the listing process. I paid “750 ROBUX” at the time of listing and “1500 ROBUX” as an upfront fee when publishing. After reviewing the listing requirements, I am considering whether it’s possible to request a refund for the 1500 ROBUX upfront fee. Is this possible? If anyone knows the method for contacting support and requesting a refund, please let me know.
I am 99% sure Roblox will Not give you a refund, but I would still ask for one in hopes they may refund you.
