Hello, I just uploaded a video and somehow it returned as “failed moderation review”. I spent 2000 robux to upload the video but didnt get a refund. Do I get a refund for it or does my group get the refund? how does it work? I bought it via my funds not via group funds.

No you don’t get a refund. Roblox stated this in the release post for Video Uploads.

Have you managed to get a refund on this? I accidentally bought a video on accident thinking i was uploading a .mp3 turns out it was a .mp4 worst of all it didn’t even get uploaded
