Hello, so I recently got hacked by someone named @B0O_N where he got my cookie from a website and he got into my account to buy robux without my consent and then, transfer it to his own account, I already reported his account (i can’t really tell if he got banned for something else or deactivated his account) but I already contacted Roblox support and they didnt give a … about it and since his account got banned along with the t-shirt and i was wondering if I could get a refund from the deleted T-Shirt

i think that those people don’t do their work since i provided enough proof like the chats i had with that dude and even show them the transactions made in my debit card account.
