On this day 136 years ago, Queen Margherita of Italy designated the humble tomato/mozzarella/basil pizza to bear her name, making pizza Margherita the undisputed original pizza for all time. And while we each might debate whether or not pizza Margherita is the best pizza, we can all agree that Roblox release 677 is full of gooey goodness. So grab a slice of pizza and read onward!
still not seeing any support for rotation of children in scrollingframes
i do love pizza though
Excited to see Content properties being introduced to more and more instances. Hopefully we’ll see it expanded to Skybox soon! Although there may be technical challenges relating to IBL that are slowing this down.
And @IgnisRBX thank you for the wonderful pizza fact!
still not seeing any support for mouse side buttons
Good changes and good pizza! ![]()
It’s not the best solution (especially for performance), but a CanvasGroup will do the trick. Either parented to the ScrollingFrame or having the entire ScrollingFrame parented to the CanvasGroup
I love pizza ![]()
So much, in fact, that I have my own brick oven in my backyard ![]()
Good to see that the issues with the new studio UI are being addressed! Hope to see more improvements later on down the line.
These API additions are going to be really interesting, I bet. Looking forward to these being pushed live, since it’ll make things like live events much easier…
Keep the good changes coming!
Truly an al-dente pizza, and changes.
Watching the API dump history AudioSpeechToText seems interesting.
Also, Moderation jumpscare
still waiting for classic clothing to get Content support (pleads)

Release notes and pizza? Nice. ![]()
are canvasgroups just the solution to every ui problem what do they even do
we all know the devforum doesn’t want forummers to have.. fun
I didn’t read the in scrolling frames part ![]()
seriously man, I’ve seen canvasgroups used as a solution like 3 times today
CanvasGroup lets you fade transparency on every child with 1 transparency value (instead of looping thru all descendants).
It has a side effect of ClipDescendants cannot be disabled, its not even a property. But this clipping is somehow different than normal ClipDescendants and so it clips rotated UI.
I remember running into this problem a long time ago, spending hours trying to figure out what was wrong, only to learn it just needs to be in a canvasgroup
It is a Texture. This is why on lower end devices, CanvasGroups will become lower quality and more pixelated. A price to pay for the ability to rotate elements.
Great changes and additions, would be cool if we got something similar to GameAnalytics’ “RemoteConfigs” in the future.
This man’s username is dedicated to the cause we need scrolling frame children rotation. (And also sensitivity)
