Excited to see Content properties being introduced to more and more instances. Hopefully we’ll see it expanded to Skybox soon! Although there may be technical challenges relating to IBL that are slowing this down.

It’s not the best solution (especially for performance), but a CanvasGroup will do the trick. Either parented to the ScrollingFrame or having the entire ScrollingFrame parented to the CanvasGroup

Good to see that the issues with the new studio UI are being addressed! Hope to see more improvements later on down the line.

These API additions are going to be really interesting, I bet. Looking forward to these being pushed live, since it’ll make things like live events much easier…

seriously man, I’ve seen canvasgroups used as a solution like 3 times today

CanvasGroup lets you fade transparency on every child with 1 transparency value (instead of looping thru all descendants).

It has a side effect of ClipDescendants cannot be disabled, its not even a property. But this clipping is somehow different than normal ClipDescendants and so it clips rotated UI.

I remember running into this problem a long time ago, spending hours trying to figure out what was wrong, only to learn it just needs to be in a canvasgroup

It is a Texture. This is why on lower end devices, CanvasGroups will become lower quality and more pixelated. A price to pay for the ability to rotate elements.
