Just wanted to share a small game I made in a couple hours. I was quite mad at myself for constantly abandoning projects half way through, no matter how good of an idea is and if I can or cannot script it. Soo I decided to make something super simple.
Do I have plans for this game and it’s future? Absolutely! I really wanna expand upon this, make it more competitive, more fun, and the like. You’ll be playing this game for no more than 1 minute but hey, that’s exactly what I expect anyway. It isn’t supposed to be a success anyway.
I love the simplicity of the design, I really think you should keep working on it. I found myself wanted to keep playing even though one of my classes was starting. I might start playing it regularly to get better at typing, who knows
Thanks for the feedback! I really wanna not add just more words but categories, custom leaderboard, some more functionality… we’ll see how this goes, pay attention to class though >:c
I love it! It distracted me for a while without me even knowing it. I was just playing it and forgot I was gonna give feedback on it. It’s really nice.
Simple concept, fun game. Would be interesting if there were features like streaks and powerups that could give you extra time.
I think you should implement this idea in a more exciting fashion. There’s a typing game similar to this called Nitro Type, but instead of getting the most amount of points in a given time, you have to race cars. The faster you type the faster your car moves ahead. In my opinion you should add something to this (part of the general player vs player concept) to make the game more exciting.
Mhm, I’m a big fan of Type Racer actually, so I kinda took inspiration from that site. Indeed I do plan on expanding upon this game a looot more. Like you said, I really wanna add some more excitement and incentive to play in general. Competitive aspects of a game seriously add to your amusement whilst playing it. So I will definitely be working on these things during the next few days and see how far I go Thanks for the feedback
