Great player count for your first game Aqua. Continue updating it and adding new stuff along with events and posting about it on social media(s) and I bet you’ll grow!
This is a pretty good first game! If you plan to expand the game, the first aspect you should probably focus on is the combat. Right now, combat is pretty simple, and players aren’t really compelled to engage in combat unless they are unprotected.
One thing you could add is a countdown to a short round when all tycoons’ security are deactivated, lasting for about 3 minutes. This forces players to choose to either defend in their base or go out to other bases and attack. In this round, players steal a small percentage from players’ money from kills, incentivising players to engage in combat.
For players who enabled an AFK option, you could make their base security still be activated but they can’t steal players’ money during the round (so the AFK option won’t be abused). After the round ends, the countdown would reset and all players’ bases security will be reactivated.
Another cool thing you could do is make tycoon upgrading have branching paths (or skill tree), so players can choose between buying a new sword or perhaps buy a cannon they can use while defending in the combat round. If players changed their mind, they could sell off the choice they picked (of course, not 100% refunded) and choose the other option. There could be 4 main classes, which are weapons, base defenses, army training (this is a bit ambitious lol) and armour. With armour, not every weapon is a guaranteed one shot, and this would also attract players to buy your more powerful robux swords. (also i think they should last longer than a single use or be a bit more cheaper)
If you don’t plan on implementing these ambitious ideas though, some feedback I have that you can immediately implement into the game is a cash register sound. Right now it doesn’t feel satisfying enough to collect money, so playing a sfx would really help. Other than that the game is pretty solid so far, and with more nuance combat (and perhaps movement/ability system) the game can have a fun and enticing combat mechanic!
