Reliability & Vulnerabilities of MemoryStore

Hello, recently I’ve been thinking about implementing some sort of cross-server market or trading system with the use of MemoryStore. I understand that it’s meant to be a fast way to update data yet I’m still questioning how good reliable it will be when in an actual game. Hoping to know if any sort of duplication issues can occur for items, and if so how I could go about avoiding them. Thanks.
