Remote event lag

I have a game where I constantly fire a remote event. And therefore everyone in the server gets a lot of lag. Is there a way to fix it? With a script. I’ve done a lot of research I can’t find it.

Is there a specific reason you need to spam a event?
Could you loop this on the server instead?
Could you pause before spaming?

Please give more information.

I agree with WingedDash you should loop it instead, spamming remotes make the player who spammed it look laggy
