Remotely access Data Stores outside of Roblox

Hello! I was looking through the Creator Dashboard making an API Key, and I noticed one of the permissions was accessing Data Stores.

What is the link for the API that I have to call in order to access the Data Store?

this is the roblox open cloud documentation doc link and i belive this is the api https://apis.roblox.com/datastores/v1/universes/{universeId}
