Remove alarming text from devex portal when your request is pending

The devex page has this piece of UI. This is shown to you immediately after submitting a devex request.

100% of the time the first thing my eyes focus on every time I do this is “You are not eligible”, which is needlessly alarming.

The line “Sorry, you are not eligible to cash out at this time” should be hidden if you have a pending devex, changed to “devex pending”, or rephrased entirely.

I can totally understand how it must feel when it literally just says: “Sorry, you don’t have any robux on your account.”
This is a small, but very nice thing that could be added to Roblox to make it better then before!
