Remove seam on 2 semi-transparent parts

How can I remove the visible seam on 2 semi-transparent parts?

I have 2 parts that are semi-transparent and I want to remove the visible seam between them.
The issue is that I cant remove them. Both the parts are max sized so I cant union them.

I have tried unions.

Just position the parts so that they are not overlapping…

For example:
Part 1 size: 100,100,5
Part 1 position: 25,0,0

Part 2 size: 100,100,5
part 2 position: 175,0,0 (part size + half of the first parts size+ the first part’s position)

the parts arent overlapping. I have them right next to each other.

Try to use decals on all faces that should be visible, then make the parts transparent. This should make it so that when looking through the parts sideways the seam isn’t visible.

The downside of this is that you won’t see the decal through glass materials.

I’ll just make the parts not transparent. Thanks for the help though!

If you have seam where that 2 parts are sticked together, then you can make mesh part with 1+ faces missing, and place that missing faces together.

You can do that by either making a union out of the parts (Select the parts and press Ctrl+Shift+G) or make it into a mesh.

Please read the whole thing before replying. I said: “Both the parts are max sized so I cant union them.”

Why not just use a special mesh then? Just put its size to 4096,2048,2048
