It disappeared for some time, and this was across several of my own games + games of close friends

Most people switch over to the creations tab, which doesn’t have favorites on it.
With the old profile they were right below places, so when you were scrolling through somebody’s places you’d also see their favorites.
We don’t have data. However the favourites box was a key feature of old profiles, it no longer is. I used to find everything through there.
Intuitively that sounds like it would hurt smaller games… but hey… what do I know?
Most people use the games page.
I agree favorites should be under the Creations tab.
I feel like Friend Activity is probably more effective for finding these kind of games than through the favorites list of your friends.
(Though you can only have 200 and it doesn’t apply to people that you follow, so it wouldn’t quite have the same effect as it used to be when a “popular” user favorited a place.)
