Renaming an instance doesn't update properties window title until it's reselected

When you rename an instance, the title of the properties window doesn’t update unless you reselect that instance. This bug has been around for quite some time and surprisingly hasn’t ever been reported. This isn’t a major bug but it has caused confusion at times.

Repro:

1. Rename any instance in any way such as from explorer, the properties window, or even from the command bar.

2. That’s it! The title of the properties window should not have changed and should still contain the previous name of the instance.

As shown in the video, I rename “Part” to “Baseplate” and the title of the properties window doesn’t update until I reselect it.
