Replicating Arm Movement via Animation

At the moment I am trying to replicate the arm movement that PlaceRebuilder incorporates in this video:

He states that he is using an Animation to do all of the arm movement on the client, something I have been struggling to do by myself. At the moment I am in what seems to be a dead end, my first guess was that he is changing the TimePosition of the Animation via a range of the Mouse.Y aka (1 to 500 Y), although this might not work for players that are using a smaller or larger screen to aim.

Any type of support or guidance on where to replicate something like this would be helpful, thank you :+1:

The animation is the player holding the gun that is all. A script moves the players arms depending on the mouses position.
