Report Bug Button Renders Inconsistently

Upon opening a new tab and visiting the forum, the “Report Bug” button is shown on the home page

However, when visiting other parts of the forum and then returning to the home page, the button disappears

Refreshing fixes the issue.

Chrome Version 101.0.4951.54 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Windows 11

This is still happening as of 5/9/22. I’m not able to report any bugs right now because of this issue!
