"Report Bug" button says "4000"

For some reason, when having the forum language set as “German”, the “Report Bug” button just says “4000”:

I believe it is suppose to say “Fehler Melden”

In other languages it seems to work fine:

ah yes, the 4000 category, my favourite

very weird, why does it do that? does it do this with other languages?
