"Report Bug" button says "4000"

For some reason, when having the forum language set as “German”, the “Report Bug” button just says “4000”:

I believe it is suppose to say “Fehler Melden”

In other languages it seems to work fine:

Sorry for the late reply. We’ve confirmed that these strings weren’t localized properly in German. We’re getting them fixed and hopefully deployed soon
