As a Roblox player, it’s currently too difficult to know whether reports are actually being reviewed or acted upon. That’s why I propose adding a page—perhaps under the Help & Safety section—where users can track the status of their reports. For example, it could show whether a report is under review, accepted, or denied. I understand that Roblox cannot share specific details about the outcome, but simply knowing whether a report was acknowledged or resolved would be helpful.
If Roblox were to implement this feature, it would significantly improve my experience by providing transparency and reassurance that reports are not being ignored.

It’s a really good idea. I believe Roblox had this actually planned with the “Violations & Appeals” page to add report statuses. However, they seemed to have silently removed this from their roadmap
To this day it still mentions to “report violations” despite it only being a page for appealing

It would be really great if Roblox had something like this. Several platforms of comparable or much larger size, such as YouTube, have a full-on Report History. If Roblox really wants to instill confidence in its playerbase that reports actually work, then proper signalling and anything other than radio silence can go a long way.

A status tracker would allow users to appeal the decision and such, and know if the content/s actually broke the guidelines.

This would be great, but we need actual moderation first and foremost. That does not exist right now, and it probably won’t for a long time. Right now Roblox just bans users at random and then uses that as an excuse to say they are doing their job.

This seems like a good idea, considering Roblox already baked that feature into the text of violations and appeals (although it is not there). Many years ago it seemed as if Roblox reports did nothing, but that has been changing recently as Roblox continues to replace their outsourced support and report review workforce with artificial intelligence. Giving users access to appealing the decisions with reports as well and being able to provide more details would surely support the AI moderation with more information.

Roblox sometimes sends me these notifications:
I can only assume this means that Roblox recently took action against something I reported, but it’s hard to say for sure, because they don’t mention anything specific. More transparency regarding the outcomes of your reports would go a long way in building trust around the moderation system.

Yes, since right now you just have to guess what report the message is about.
I believe the website displays that to passively encourage reporting, but I dont think it has anything to do with if Boblox did any moderation action or not.
This isnt helpful and eitherway a status page to track all your reports would be easier and better instead of messages and still not knowing which report it corresponds to.

yeah, “We warned R_*****” seems very specific… obviously they want something to actually track all of your ongoing/processed reports, and I know this would be very useful for DSA reports
