Reports of game crashing

In the past 48h i’ve been getting tons of reports of my game Case Clicker ([OUTFITS!] Case Clicker - Roblox) crashing. When it happens, everyone in the server crashes and not just one player.

I haven’t updated my game at all in the past 48h which is why I’m posting this here. Not sure if there was an update to Roblox recently that could be causing this or what.

Edit: Just got sent this image - not even sure if this is related, but could someone be setting some character values to math.huge or something causing the server to crash?

Hmm, there is a crash that seems to almost only be occurring in your place since Nov 7 - 8th. We haven’t shipped any features relating to the crash though.

Did you ship any updates to this game around Nov 7th to 8th?

I shipped an update on November 6th however I didn’t really do anything other than change some case odds to get certain items. I’m not sure what’s causing this crash at all, is there any way to gather logs and figure out what could be causing it?
