This document is for all rules regarding the Grand Army of the Republic. Personnel who break these rules will be subject to the punishment section, and shall be punished accordingly.

1. General Rules

1. Disrespecting fellow members is not tolerated.

2. Targeting fellow members is not tolerated.

3. Promoting harmful activities is not allowed.

4. Attempting to access restricted areas (marked with a red line) will result in a arrest.

5. Swearing or discrimination towards any other based on their race, gender, orientation, or belief system will not be tolerated.

6. Team killing members will most likely result in an a arrest.
Exception: RSF and RG are able to team kill if reasonable.

7. RSF is the main security force, and upholder of the ROG. If a HR, HICOM or RSF catches you breaking a rule, and tells you to stop, it is to be followed.

8. Wearing a different morph than the required one is forbidden.

If you see anyone breaking these rules contact a Council+ with evidence.

2. Punishments

Punishments can vary. HRs, and HICOM can punish a member who has broken a rule accordingly, however this set/punishment guideline must be followed at all times.

  • Warning
  • Arrest
  • Heavy Strike
  • Civil Security Threat

Warning

A warning is simple. If you break a rule, you will receive a warning. 2 or 3 warnings will lead to an arrest.

Arrest/Light Strike

An arrest/light strike can occur if you are attempting to enter a restricted area, or repeatedly broke rule(s). 5 arrests can lead to a heavy strike.

Heavy Strike

A heavy strike, occurs after you receive 3 arrests, also known as light strikes. After getting 3 heavy strikes, you will either be demoted, ranked locked, or exiled from your division and a demotion.

Civil Security Threat

A Civil Security Threat (CST) is the worse punishment you can get within GAR. CST occurs after you have received your punishment after getting 3 Heavy Strikes, but you continued to break rules or you are caught within a enemy/banned group. CST results in a exile from the group.

Appeals

Everything can be appealed (besides CST). If you wish to appeal, DM a HICOM member.

3. Admin Guide

Within groups, admin permissions is a necessity to group leaders, and high ranks. But with admin, comes bad commands.

Usable Commands

  • :pm

  • :logs / :exploitlogs / :chatlogs / :showlogs

  • :name (Should be used for training and tryouts only.)

  • :clone (for trainings/tryouts.)

  • :countdown (Only for training/tryouts, not for personal duels!)

  • :re / :respawn / :bring / :to / :tp (Only use it if it’s necessary, you have legs for a reason)

  • :ff(Only for training/tryouts.)

  • :h (Use this for most directions)

  • :m (use this only to announce trainings, tryouts and official raids.)

  • :n (Don’t spam this either)

  • :team ( You are only to team yourself hostile if there’s a PR or 1v1s.)

  • :heal (ONLY for trainings/tryouts, duels, or trials. Using this during raids or patrolling is AA)

  • :jail / :punish (Jail someone, then talk and negotiate. Do this before resorting to kicks/bans. CLEAR YOUR JAIL CELLS IF THE TARGET LEAVES THE GAME. TYPE :CLR or :CLEAR)

  • :kick / :ban (Negotiation first. Kick as last resort. Ban for repeat offenders)

  • :view / :watch ( Only use this if necessary)

  • :age (Only for tryouts if needed)

  • :afk

  • :command / :cmds

  • :viewtools

  • :to / :bring / :tp Only use this if you have an immediate need to reach someone. Do NOT teleport to the front-lines. Do NOT use this command just to travel around.

REMINDER: If you use any other commands that are not listed above that will be considered AA.

Banned Commands:

  • :fly (OnlyHICOM can use it.)

  • :shutdown (Need permission from a HICOM )

  • :removetools (Need permission from a HICOM )

  • :cape (Do not use.)

  • :noclip and :clip (Only HICOM )

  • :repeat ( No one should use.)

  • :btool (Only for HICOM to use!)

  • :resetstats (Only for HICOM are allow to use it for Raids or an PR.)

  • :change (Only HICOM can use for raids/trainings.)

  • :fling (Never to be used.)

  • :speed (Never to be used.)

  • :blind (Never to be used.)

  • :size (Never to be used.)

  • :party (Never to be used.)

  • :kidnap (Never to be used.)

  • :kill (Never to be used.)

  • :health (Never to be used.)

  • :place (Only HICOM can use it)

  • :god (Only HICOM can use it
