The Issue
Nowadays, I’ve noticed dozens of people buying Robux, though without verified email, they sometimes get scammed, password guessed, or hacked, and without verified email, it’s almost impossible for the users to retrieve their accounts, unless the account thief unchanged the password.
This is also a major issue, as the users who bought Robux, without verified email, sometimes become targets to most hackers, and once a hacker or password guesser gets access of the account, the Robux bought by the user, will most likely get stolen and this is a waste of money, especially that Roblox dosen’t give refunds to those who don’t have verified email, as it is hard to identify the owner.
Feature Request
I would like to request a feature for Roblox users to have verified email, before buying Robux, because if Roblox would impost this to the users, they would be forced to place a verified email account, and this would reduce account theft.
The feature would go like this, the user would press ‘Buy Robux’ in the ‘Robux’ page, then there should be a message, that the user is required to place a verified email before buying Robux, this message would also block or refrain users from buying Robux, unless they’ve set up a verified email for their accounts.
Conclusion
If Roblox could add this feature, it would be a great benefit and this is also helpful in account security, as users who buy robux, will have to place a verified email, and as I said, this would greatly reduce account theft as users can now have a way to retrieve their account or place some extra security, and best of all, this would secure the Robux they purchased.
