In this place: https://www.roblox.com/games/196235086/HHCL-Server which is apart of this universe. The game keeps on crashing at random times, times where there is really nothing intensive running.
The servers that are crashing seem to be ReserveredServers, as I have not gotten any complaints from public servers.
The crashes started about 2-3 weeks ago with an ROBLOX update, the game had not received any updates.
Heres a video showing the server crash on two different reserverServers both within about 10 mins of each other. However, before I started recording, it crashed twice more within 30 mins of each other
All 4 of these crashes occurred from 5:00-6:00pm EST. There was also another occurrence where this happened 3 times in a row, about a week ago. Other times it will just crash once.
