Residency Hotels & Resorts was established and founded by xDa_nial on November 16th, 2022. We maintain our professionalism and customer satisfaction is our top priority! “Where Residence can feel safe!”

Policies & Rules
  1. Respect - Respect everyone. Participating in any sort of hate speech,
    discrimination, or harassment is completely forbidden.
  2. Disruption - Disturbing the environment or bothering others, also known as
    “trolling” is prohibited. This can include jumping on tables, and other
    things that you know you shouldn’t be doing to purposefully annoy
    others.
  3. Gamepasses - All gamepasses for the game work, and if a gamepass does not work
    at the time, an announcement will be made. After buying a gamepass,
    it may take a few hours for the pass to start working if the current
    server you are playing is old.
  4. Refunds - No refunds for any in-game purchases will be given out
  5. Song Policy - Customers and staff are allowed to request songs into out song system
    for a small fee. Playing inappropriate music or extremely loud music
    will get your song skipped with no refund. All songs are logged and
    having your song skipped for one of those reasons can get you banned
    from the game, or from requesting songs in the future.
  6. Advertising - Advertising in game or on the group page is strictly forbidden. Asking
    our members to join your group or game is considered advertising and
    therefore not allowed.
  7. Impersonating - Impersonating other players or staff members is not allowed.
  8. Exploiting - Cheating or exploiting of any kind is forbidden.
  9. Roblox ToS - You must abide by the Roblox Terms of Service.
Rank Information

Guest Ranks

  • Hotel Guest - A guest that has just joined the group. Must apply in order to start working.
  • Noted Members - A former staff or alliance representative.

Low Ranks

  • Trainee - Must attend a training session in order to start working.
  • Security - Able to work behind register and patrol the hotel to keep the hotel safe.
  • Receptionist - Able to start working behind register.
  • Management Intern - One step close to become an MR.

Middle Ranks

  • Staff Assistant - Able to assist staff.
  • Assistant Manager - Helping the manager to manage the hotel.
  • Hotel Manager - Manage the hotel.

High Ranks

  • Shift Manager - Able to host shift and training session.
  • General Manager - Able to host shift and training session.
  • Board of Directors - Able to host shift and training session.

Senior High Ranks

  • Corporate Director - Handle staff reports etc.
  • Administration Assistant - Handle staff reports etc.
  • Administration Director - Handle staff reports etc.

Executive Senior High Ranks

  • Staff Director - Head of all Staff,.
  • Development Team - Developer of the Hotel.
  • Group Director - Manage the group.
  • President - Run the group.
  • Co-Founder - Making hard decision etc. NOT OBTAINABLE
  • Founder - The group owner. NOT OBTAINABLE
Promotion Guide

Want to become an MR+ on Residency? In order to become one, you need to be active and dedicate to your position. I’m a Receptionist/Security, how do I rank up? In order to rank up, you must apply when applications is out or get promoted to Management Intern. Once you’re an Management Intern, further instructions will be given.
