Resizing a part to the right has unexpected behavior

When resizing this part to the right, sometimes it repositions along the axis completely wrongly. Notice how when I drag the part in the video to the right it sometimes either moves in the direction of the drag or away from it. It’s the first time i’ve seen the bug.

It’s occuring in a team create server
