A community which I make UGC with was locked over 2-3 weeks ago and I’ve attempted to appeal it to no avail, all responses from ROBLOX have told me to go through their on-webpage appeal system which shows no moderation action pertaining to the community. There has been no other options related to this community when it comes to appealing it and I’ve been lost as to what steps to take as there seems to be no other routes available.
It is extremely heartbreaking to see this occur, especially when I’ve just started to build the community and poured a lot of hard work into this. It’s even worse that all of the UGC I’ve uploaded have been forcibly archived by Roblox.
Is there any route I can take for Roblox to rescind this action they’ve taken without notifying me?
Upon asking roblox they told me that my group did any of the following:
-Scammed
-“Cheats and exploits”
-Hosted an ad which was against TOS (they did not specify which)
It was seemingly random which one they picked.
I ended up appealing ALL ads ive ever hosted, regardless if they were moderated or not. They still did not unlock it. After a while, they just stopped responding to this.
I wish you luck, but if it’s the same as my case, dont get your hopes up.
yeah i dont even know, im not even getting a response from them but it was like beginning of this week or so that i had sent in a second support form so we’ll see how they treat it going forward
