[Resolved] Some Roblox owned catalogue assets are marked as off-sale and are therefore inaccessible

Problem

Basically, it’s what the title says. Some Roblox owned catalogue assets have been marked off-sale and cannot be accessed. Specifically, the following items are affected:

MESH_Vines
Vine Texture 2

I realize that Roblox archives assets from time to time, like the avatar face decals in preparation for new features. But a vines mesh and it’s associated texture? That seems random and arbitrary. Where they superseded by something else?

I expect that certain basic items like the ones that were mentioned above to be available.

What exactly is the issue here? “Mesh” and “Image” assets are not purchasable asset types, you might be thinking of “Mesh Part” and “Decal” assets which can be distributed on the store.

You can still use these assets in Studio via their IDs.

The issue is that I couldn’t get it to work. But it’s working now. Not sure what’s going on with it. I’m going to close it.
