Resolving game review

My game was recently put up for review and then content deleted for “sexual content” for having “drake” in the icon, thumbnail, and game name. Not sure exactly why it’s an instant deletion for that but, the holder account of the group was also banned for 1 day. I’ve removed all the “inappropriate sexual” references from all assets. How would I get this action appealed?

The only way to appeal it is through Roblox Support, apart from that, there’s no other way

How long would it take for them to respond? Can a content deleted game even be brought back?

Best Case: a few hours
Worst Case: 3 years (this happened to someone)

honestly, i can’t say for certain. i’ve at least heard of content deleted games being restored (although, rarely).

if you’re able to access a copy of your game, that would be your best bet here since you could remove anything that potentionally triggered the moderation and just re-upload it. however, if you don’t have a copy, then it’s up to Roblox support

The copy idea would be fine, however it would be rather difficult getting 2K CCU again. How would I even access a copy? The studio place just loads infinitely.

if you have automatic autosaves enabled, you can check your autosaves folder for any potential local copies on your computer

Do pending robux save when a game gets content deleted?

if there’s pending robux still in your “transactions” page, then you will keep them

I’m also wondering if after the game is made public again, the game will still appear on the recommended and home page for players as it did before? (That’s how it got 2k CCU without running ads)

likely not in the exact same fashion since it’s technically a new “place.” but, if you run the same and/or similar ad campaign for it, you should see similar results to what you had before

in that case, it should be relatively the same

I meant if it gets unbanned. Not if I create a new one.

Can I ask what the name of the game was and the thumbnails?

Did you seriously make a game like “SURVIVE FREAKY DRAKE AT 3AM!!” and expect to get away with it?

The game was named “Drake Plinko”, as a spin-off of Diddy plinko. The game thumbnail was an image of Drake next to the plinko board. However, the only reason I was given was for “sexual content” and not anything gambling related.

My game, Plinko RNG Game was also taken down a few hours ago for the reason “Gambling”. Not sure why games like pet sim 99 (who literally have way more gambling in the game than I do) are allowed to be all ages and my game has to be 13+ (I’m not even sure if this is what I was missing, but it seems like it). No random paid items, currency wasnt tradable, you weren’t gambling robux, etc. Not sure what to do right now.

Having drake in your thumbnail and title is a sure way to get you banned because of the recent allegations and the video

@Sayfside
If you use robux to play it, your game must be 17+, You probably got banned for filling out the age ratings improperly.

You do not use robux to play it.

It was falsely put under review, I spent hours checking the ToS and one by one made sure my game was abiding the rules.

Yeah I saw your game before and noticed that you were indeed following all ToS, so I’m not sure why yours was taken down. I suppose try to appeal?

I appealed about 12 hours ago and it hasn’t gotten a reply yet.

Any reply yet from Roblox about the appeal?
