Restaurant Group Ideas

So I own a restaurant group, and you all probably already know this but it’s a very crowded community. Were thinking of ways we can stand out most and so far these are some of the way’s were trying to be unique.

  • Massive, detailed main restaurant building with realistic builds.
  • Technology such as ordering and roleplay payment systems.
  • Game system that allows customers to play mini games to earn in-game currency to spend on gear / upgrades.

Commonly with restaurants / cafes they do the same things, staff serve, customers eat, then you can chat. What were trying to do is stand out by doing something you wouldn’t expect a restaurant to do and I’m not sure if the above is enough or maybe its too much (it’s just me building everything and a scripter).

What do you think about those ideas?
Would you be more likely to join us if we had the above?
Do you have any other suggestions or ideas?

All the ideas are great! I’d like to see a restaurant game different from the rest!

  • I recommend investing a portion of Robux into ads to establish a foundation of trained staff. Later on, when your games (restaurant, training centre, interview centre and application centre) are ready, invest heavily into your advertisements to have customers.
  • From what I’ve seen, rectangle and banner ads have less competition than skyscraper ads. In other words, rectangle and banner ads are seen more often than skyscraper ads. I suggest investing into the following.
  • Most roleplay games die within 2 days or so after publishing several ads. This is mostly because these restaurants lack entertainment. The player experience for being an “employee” and “customer” or “guest” should be treated the same. To go into detail, I recommend creating cooking minigames for staff to prepare and cook the customer’s order. A great example of this is Restaurant Tycoon. The player goes through a minigame to prepare the order; press keys and move the mouse. Additionally, the player delivers the order on a tray. For the customer, it should be the same; the player needs to press keys and spin their mouse to finish their meal.
  • A great source of revenue is from merchandise and game passes. Successfully doing so, use that profit to invest more into advertisements.
