NSFW context is not tolerated within our community, but swearing is acceptable. Please remember to always remain appropriate about certain topics and imagery. Additionally, if you violate these regulations, warnings, kicks, and even bans can correspond to your profile. If you believe you can delete a message that contains any of this, we have server logs and can track your message.

Please note that your ROBLOX nickname must be in your Discord username at all times. Any violation of this rule will result in a warning by our Moderation Team. If you’re unsure how to edit your nickname, you can do !verify or !getroles in our #bot-commands channel.

Advertising is unacceptable here at Retro’d. Please do not use our hard-earned platform to share your group. As lovely as it may be, we don’t appreciate it. If you are caught advertising, you will be removed from the server and banned. If you are caught DM advertising on our Discord server, you will be automatically banned as well. This includes self-promotion within our group/game/or group pages. The same consequences will be issued amongst those if you’re caught doing so.

What is Retro’d Diner and what’s our ethos?
Retro’d Diner aims to combine satisfactory customer service alongside efficient management experience to create the best restaurant experience across the industry. As a group, we aim to promote an innovative approach to the restaurant industry, engaging all aspects of our cooking system, hosting and seating systems and realistic roleplay into one. We value our community and exceptional staff team and seek to promote a community in which individuals feel safe and welcomed.
What do I do if my group doesn’t meet one of the requirements but I still want to submit an application?
Depending on the quality of your application and games innovativeness and concept, our group can offer exception requirements if we believe your group will flourish as an affiliate.
Please ensure that your application is sent within a google document so it is easily accessible by all members of our Relations Division.
The requirements to form an affiliate are at least half of our current ROBLOX group and communication members.

How do I become a Diner Assistant?
In order to become a Diner Assistant (or any ranks higher in hierarchy), you need to meet the criteria -to be over 15 years old, have a sustainable amount of maturity & be stress-resistant in difficult cases. Alongside these four, other additional requirements are always listed within the application message -
How do I either enter the Employment or the Relations Division?
Both of the divisions are mainly accessible via promotions from moderative roles to maintain the fairness and career grown within the team. Exclusively for launch & special occasions, both of the departments may open resumes to the public with a set of the requirements. -
If I have a question or a report, where can I direct them too?
Our server has a system of support tickets for different inquiries. It is located in #support-bulletin (account verification required to access). All of the accessible tickets are located at the bottom of the channel with a generalized description of its purposes. If your inquiry was not noted in any of the descriptions, feel free to open the “General questions” ticket! -
How long does it take to review my appeal?
As mentioned in the appeal form, you have to wait for 24-48 hours for it to be reviewed. Please note that the speed of the review may be slower than estimated time, depending on the amount of appeals our team would receive. If your appeal happens to not be reviewed within a week, you are free to open a ticket with an inquiry.
Ban Appeals
BAN APPEAL INFORMATION
If you believe that you have received an unfair punishment, you have the option to appeal it. To submit an appeal, use our appeal form! Before you do so, please read the guidelines listed below; failure to follow them will result in an automatic decline.
Guidelines:
- If your appeal gets declined, you have to wait at least three months before reappealing.
- Once you have submitted your appeal, do not ask for results. Asking for results will result in an automatic failure.
- Use as much detail as possible in your responses. While there is no word-requirement, we expect you to dedicate effort to all questions.
- When appealing, it is very important to note that you should reflect on your mistakes. Writing an argumentative appeal will lower your chances significantly.
- Be honest in your appeal. We do investigate all cases that get appealed, and if your appeal includes false claims, you will be blacklisted from appealing again.
- Make sure not to change your Roblox or Discord usernames before you receive your appeal results. If you do, you need to inform a department member.

The Employment Division is responsible for managing the entire staff team here at Retro’d Diner. The department deals with staff activity, reports, consequences, moderating the server, and other responsibilities related to the moderation team.
