I made this game about socializing and flexing your badges! It got super popular with organic visits and peaked at around 300 ccu. Now, the average ccu is about 15. The game has gone down a lot, and I wanted some thoughts about how I could improve my game design so that more players would come back to it!
I feel my day 1 retention is good, as it is 6.94% as of this writing, and I feel like I need to improve on my day 7 retention, as it is 0.77% as of this writing. My average session time is 7.9 minutes.
As this is my first successful game, please let me know anything I am doing RIGHT and anything I’m doing WRONG! I would love some feedback and appreciate all of it!

you should first make a survey, let it open for a while, make it required to fill out to play the game and check all the detailed responses you get
then update the game with what the people want, while keeping your own ideas in mind since i’d say it would be pretty difficult to update a game without knowing if it’ll further harm your game, make it better, or do absolutely nothing
Maybe just the feel of the game. The lighting is very dark and the style of the UI feels like it would be in a very bright colorful game. It feels a little mismatched. You could always try Roblox’s new ad system if you haven’t already, it’s pretty effective, even with the lowest possible bid amount You should also fill out the age rating Questionnaire because quote me if I am wrong but this could affect who Roblox recommends the game to and they might force the game to be 13+.
The game is pretty nice though and lots of fun stuff but it feels washed out by the darkness, maybe try working on the UI and Lighting I left a donation
also maybe be careful with using Nintendo music they like to send DMCA’s, There is plenty of music uploaded by Roblox and there partners that is free to use in your games
